1. Is all your contemporary furniture made in Costa Rica?
Yes, all our furniture is designed in Costa Rica and build by highly skilled Costa Rican furniture makers. For this reason buying contemporary furniture from Costa Rica is a great way to acknowledge and support local artisans.
2. Where is your store/showroom located?
We do not operate a showroom or furniture store in Costa Rica. The reason is fairly simple; managing different store locations true out the country would dramatically increase our overhead as a furniture manufacturer and thus affect our retail prices accordingly. However, if you are interested to see our designs first hand please contact us for an appointment in our workshop and office in San Miguel de Sarapiqui.
3. Does your contemporary furniture comes with a warrantee?
Yes, our furniture is quality guaranteed. No insect infestation, and no lose joints after 2 months,... our furniture is build with pride and to last a lifetime.
4. Can I order a custom design?
Yes, you can virtually order any design, or resize existing furniture from our collections to your needs. For a price quotation please provide us a picture example and measurements of your favorite design.
5. What is the estimated delivery time?
Because of the wide variety of sizes and finish colors, all of our furniture orders are custom build. Therefore it is advisable to place your order at least 8 to 10 weeks in advance (for larger projects).
6. What tropical woods do you use in the furniture?
We only use sustainable harvested plantation hard woods from Costa Rica. These can go from Bamboo to Melina, Guanacaste, Teak, and Cenizaro.
7. Does the furniture comes assembled?
Almost all our contemporary furniture designs comes fully assembled. Larger items such as beds come knockdown (easy handling + and transportation). Although assembling our furniture is very easy, our team gladly assist you in setting up your furniture when it gets delivered.
8. Do you use metal drawer rails?
To ensure smooth movement, metal rails are used on all of the drawers.
9. Do I need a box spring if I buy one of your beds?
All of our beds include a wooden mattress support system, and thus are designed to work best with only a mattress.
10. Do you ship to the US?
Currently we do not export furniture to the US.
